We’ve something of a proven track record, if you’ll pardon the pun, when it comes to the motorsports arena. As the name would suggest, Techeetah — a Chinese-owned team in the Formula-E street racing series — wanted something suitably slick and in-keeping with their season 5 presence, and to announce their partnership with DS Automobiles. Think covers crafted from 330gsm G . F Smith Plike and printed in gold, white and red, with the brand’s geometric cheetah overlaid in a stylish clear varnish. So far, so classy. Contained within are 16 pages of digitally-printed, 140gsm uncoated stock, designed with great consideration of content and style. From bold and impressive photography, interspersed with thoughtfully laid-out text, to diagrams and other graphic elements — everything on the page has been put there with purpose, for maximum legibility, engagement and ultimately, for impact.
