Following client Leightons’ brief to create the visual identity and messaging for an internal conference, a host of collateral was designed in line with Leightons’ celebratory approach to its people and individuality. Inspired by the Japanese concept of Ikigai and our place and purpose in life, with overlapping themes that connect and enhance, a gradient aesthetic was applied to a bold and welcoming wordmark as part of a bright and unapologetic campaign.
