People are at the heart of everything ENA do, and this needed to be evident in their site from the outset. There are multiple layers to the care provision they offer as part of their service which required a comprehensive website in terms of copy and information. There are also a number of audiences to be targeted – those in need of care, and those working to provide the care. Carefully-chosen photography, providing that all-important human element, peppers the site, depicted through softly-shaped windows. Authoritative but gentle blues, teals and yellows break information into easily-digestible segments, while cleverly-coloured devices highlight links, tabs and buttons. Great effort and care has been taken to provide pertinent information where most relevant and deliver it in such a way as to enhance the user’s experience. Calls to action, a dedicated carer area and careers pages make this one of our most content-rich sites to date.
